Returns

  • You may request a return within  28days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us for assistance.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
